Food Of The Gods II Game Review

In Food of the Gods 2, the once mighty king of the jungle is down on his luck. Giant rats overrun a Canadian school after a researcher’s sudden growth serum accidentally spills onto the cafeteria floor. The injured giant rat sacrifices himself by eating the serum which gives him superhuman strength and the strength to crush cars with his teeth. With his newfound abilities, he goes on a mission to find and kill the evil god of chaos, Satan. He also tries to free the souls of those killed in his past and free humanity itself from superstition and evil.

As this second installment of the hit game series continues: gamers are introduced to some new characters. For one, Shiva is now seen as a warrior who fights demons and other creatures of the darker kind. In addition, there’s also Agamemnon, the son of Apollo and Themis. He’s the father of Aphrodite, Clodia, and Menelaus. He also possesses psychic powers, although he uses them in a much more restrained and sensible manner.

The story line of Food of the Gods 2 follows in the same footsteps as the first game: There are still haunted mansions, mysterious places, and strange monsters prowling the streets, as well as an endless array of temple entrances. These open doors lead to the final battle, where only one person stands a chance against the might of Satan – Shiva! The fighting game comes with some cool sound effects and special effects, like when the screen shakes when an attack connects or when the screen gets darkened. This makes the action seem like it’s out of this world.

This fighting game feels like the franchise has always done: A lot of the backgrounds and environments look like they were taken from a picture book or something. They’re beautifully illustrated, with nice backgrounds and unique art styles. The music is very nice too, with choirs, bells, and chimes adding to the ambiance. The battle sequences are engaging, as you have to choose which weapon, shield, or spell to use to kill your enemies. The special moves, like flying or swimming, feel really well designed.

Graphics for this game are not the greatest: but unlike the first game, the ones are not terrible. The action is detailed and bright, and the characters move and act like they should. The overall appearance of the game is decent, although it can be compared to some games that are on the same level of graphical quality (Saints Row, etc.). However, people shouldn’t worry about this aspect too much, seeing that it’s not like the next game they are going to play where every single object in the environment will be moving and detailed.

Overall, Food of the Gods II is fun to play: It’s not like the first game, which caused people to be confused as to what the story is all about. People who haven’t played this one yet should definitely play it, since the first one was quite disappointing. This is a must buy game, if you love strategy games.
