Knead the dough well until it is smooth and elastic. The dough should look slightly moist.

STEP 3: Put The Dough In The Oven

Heat the oven to 400 degrees F. Take the dough and place it on a greased baking sheet. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.

STEP 4: Take The Oven Out

After 15 minutes, take the oven out and flip the papads over.

Bake for another 5 minutes.

STEP 5: Check The Papad

Take a papad and check if it is golden brown. If not, bake it for another 5 minutes.

Now you can take the papads out from the oven and let them cool.
